We Blown Grades are manufactured by us using premium quality material and machine. These consistency of these bitumens is checked by conducting the penetration test and the softening point tests. In general, the different grades are designed by the penetration test. The pen value increases during the oxidation process that results in the reduction of content in the bitumen. This leads to increase in the classic composer properties that act like rubber and increase deformation of the road. The testing of grades are as per the IS: 702/1 961 so as to match the standards of the industry.

In most European countries, Bulk Supplies are available over the whole range of penetration grades. In many third countries, only one grade is available for Bulk delivery which have more wax content i.e. 100 pen grade.
The consistency of bitumen is defined by means of two tests the penetration test & the softening point test. In practice the different grade are designed by their penetration. With increasing pen value during oxidation process was content in the bitumen reduces so that clastic componer properties increase which behaves like rubber by that way deformation under road is increase.
